thats kind of why I'm hating those extreme make over shows. shows that being beautiful comes from a doctor's knife.
And makes it seem like those people can't have fulfilling lives UNLESS they are "beautiful" by conventional standards.

I could see someone with a huge nose or something doing a little work on it, but with shows like The Swan where they make the person completely worthless until they're completely changed it just seems so wrong.
